SEC Express System is a non-appearance application system integrating an online and contact center-based application process of documents being requested from SEC.

Yes, all documents from SEC may be requested through this service.
Simply log on to www.secexpress.ph and choose the “Set an Appointment” button. Supply the necessary information and then choose the available preferred date and time. A notification will be sent to the email address provided. You have the option to print the reference form and bring it to SEC on your visit for your convenience or take note of your reference number and fill up a blank reference form at the information counter during your appointment.
Yes, if you will set another appointment, you will be prompted that your previous appointment has been superseded but should be done not later than 24 hours before the current appointment schedule.

You can authorize anybody with a valid ID to receive your document. The person must also present your authorization letter and valid ID (both original).
You can request for as many documents as you want, however, delivery of documents may take longer than the usual depending on the volume of requests.
