SEC Express System is a non-appearance application system integrating an online and contact center-based application process of documents being requested from SEC.
Simply log on to www.secexpress.ph to request for SEC documents. You may also call (02) 8-737-8888 Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 5pm.
The amount will depend on the type of document, number of pages, number of copies and area of preferred address. The total amount will cover the processing and delivery fee.

No. The SEC has implemented a Zero Face-to-Face Transaction Policy. We recommend that you avail of this service instead for a more convenient way of getting SEC documents.
Yes, all documents from SEC may be requested through this service.
The requested document/s will be delivered by either Messerve or Entrego.
You can authorize anybody with a valid ID (original) to receive your document.
You can request for as many documents as you want, however, delivery of documents may take longer than the usual depending on the volume of requests.
